Over the course​ of her career, Mistee has gained a broad background in human capital strategy, compliance, sales and operations.  She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources.  In addition, she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society of Human Resources Management, as well as a certified Strategic Human Resource Business Partner through the Human Capital Institute. She has worked in various industries from professional services firms (financial service, technology, biotech, biomed, semiconductor)  to manufacturing, food service, construction and distribution.
